Printing from Nitro11 to printer - 10 min for the PRINT button to appear!

Hi,

Everything seems to work smoothly in my Nitro 11 -- except for actually printing PDFs to the printer!  Actually, the printing itself is very quick -- but it takes a full TEN MINUTES for me to go from invoking a print job (as in, File | Print, or CTRL-P) to actually being able to select/change my printer, print options, and the actual PRINT button appearing!

(once the actual print button is pressed, the file prints with normal speed of any other Windows application -- the 10 minutes is just getting to the point where the button appears).

Anyone have any idea how to correct this?
