I checked your records and saw that you have a Nitro Pro 11 serial number. We do not have a portal for Nitro Pro where it will show up as part of your account, so you may be looking at the portal of one of our discontinued programs. To use Nitro Pro, please get the correct version 11 installer from this page: https://www.gonitro.com/support/downloads and activate by following the instructions on this page: http://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/activate/000001639 I hope this helps!
