My Nitro Pro 11 keeps crashing

I used nitro free for several months.  Ever since I purchased the Nitro Pro 11 it crashes every 20 minutes or so, causing me to lose data I have input into forms.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled but it hasn't improved the crashing.  Any suggestions?  If it continues I will need a refund and need to purchase a different pdf reader.

Also when I copy and paste into forms using nitro pro it pastes the content into multiple fields where it should not have pasted.  Is there a fix for this?

I have a couple of suggestions, which may or may not help you.

Are you on the latest version? Unfortunately, the Check for Updates feature isn't working, so it's quite possible you could be on an earlier version.  The latest version is here: https://www.gonitro.com/product/downloads and the release notes are here: https://www.gonitro.com/product/documentation/release-notes so you can see what's changed between your version and the latest version.  It's possible this may fix it.

For forms, I would highly suggest using the Import & Export buttons to turn your form answers into files you can easily re-use. Here's the details on that: http://guide.gonitro.com/articles/import-and-export-form-data/

If your form fields are linked or have the same field name, that's possibly how copy & pasting could be filling in the multiple fields at once.
