Trisha Posted March 14, 2018 Report Share Posted March 14, 2018 I have uninstalled and reinstalled and rebooted my computer several times, I ran the clean-up and re-downloaded after the clean-up and I'm still unable to launch the software. Please note that the crash reports are anonymous unless you include your email. However, this sounds like an issue we have seen before. Customer reporting this issue usually have some adware on their computer from a company named 'Lavasoft'.
