Unable to install software

I have uninstalled and reinstalled and rebooted my computer several times, I ran the clean-up and re-downloaded after the clean-up and I'm still unable to launch the software. I get a message saying software crashed, send report and relaunch the software. What can I do to download the software?

Hi @Trisha,

I was not able to find any crash reports associated with the email address you used to create this post. Please note that the crash reports are anonymous unless you include your email. However, this sounds like an issue we have seen before. Customer reporting this issue usually have some adware on their computer from a company named 'Lavasoft'. I recommend running the following on your computer, then rebooting and trying Nitro again:
