Offer support on a per use basis as opposed to time?

Have had Nitro for FOUR years, used support ONCE, and while the same problem has occurred, the resolution (which I had saved and have followed twice) doesn't work now.

So what does Nitro do?  try to sell me support, as opposed to thinking "Here's a loyal user that has upgraded, and he has the same problem with Add-Ins not showing up, and the solution we had him use last time doesn't work".

Tell me, why am I paying you to find the bugs in the software I've bought from you?
