ChrisChris Posted April 6, 2018 Report Share Posted April 6, 2018 Hi, We are using Nitro PDF Pro along side Google File Stream and we are experiencing an issue when inserting a PDF into another PDF. The original PDF can be opened from File Stream fine, but whenever we then try to insert another PDF into the original PDF, it produces the below error: 1 files skipped: 1 of 1 corrupted or with bad format could not be added: H:\My Drive\filepath\attachment.pdf We have tried changing the sync to offline, logging into Google Drive through Nitro, but it hasn't resolved the issue. As a work around, we have to copy the PDF's from Google Drive Stream to a local location and then insert them. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get around this please?
