IhatenItro Posted April 11, 2018 Report Share Posted April 11, 2018 Hi, After going through forums for weeks and not seeing any valid responses from the Nitro team (probably because they want you to sign up for Software Assurance - which you cant do if you've already purchased nitro without it), not receiving a reply from that "contact sales" email because I was ready to repurchase with Software Assurance. I figured out how to to fix my Nitro, a fix which couldve been mentioned in one sentence in any of the support topics since many people are experiencing this. All it was, was to turn off automatic updates at startup in the settings. It took a day for this setting to take effect but now, nitro loads up perfectly and works great.
