AutoCAD print anomaly

When I print from AutoCAD to Nitro PDF Printer it doesn't print the entire font on the right hand side of the page. When I print to AutoCAD PDF or ADOBE PDF with the exact same file and settings their is no issue. Can anybody shed some light on this?? I tried creating a support ticket but it fails and sends me to the forum instead. I would attach examples but that doesn't seem to work either.

First of all, I apologize on behalf of Nitro that you were unable to attach examples when you submitted a case. We will investigate on this issue internally.

To further assist you with your concern and since you have Software Assurance, a new support ticket was created for you. 

Please respond to the case, provide more information and sample files.
