Nitro12 printing problem of secured document

I am trying to print a secured document in Nitro 12, it seems to print and everything, but it never creates the file. If I do the same with the previous version, it works fine. I checked the permissions for the document and it allows printing.

I'd like to try to reproduce this-if you can share the PDF, that's the easiest way, but if not, can you tell me the permissions for the PDF so I can try to recreate this on my end?

Also, are you trying to print to a physical printer, so you get a paper copy, or to the Nitro PDF printer so you get a new .PDF file?
