Nitro 12 Activation issue

My Nitro Pro 12 has reverted to Trial mode after Windows updated automatically. Its not accepting my serial number and license portal says that the serial number is not valid.

 

Help!

Thanks for posting on our community forums!

I was able to replicate the error message when I entered your Nitro Pro 12 serial number on our activation page. No worries, I will reach-out to the proper team address this issue.

With regards to your Nitro Pro 12 that reverted to trial state, installing Microsoft updates comprise partially by the operating system making the Computer ID to change. Once changed, this will no longer recognize the original installation causing the program to revert to trial mode.

To fix this issue, I just made an adjustment on your license, so you can now activate your copy of Nitro Pro by going to Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate, entering your serial number and clicking Activate.
