kerryon52 Posted June 18, 2018 Report Posted June 18, 2018 So I have been using Nitro Cloud to send signature requests for my documents and now for the last few days it just spins many times and won't work/send. Updated my browser, cleared my cache, and that doesn't help. Can someone help me with a fix, or is there a known issue right now? Thank you.

We can see that the issue is only present with old files uploaded to Nitro Cloud. As a work-around, download the old files to you local machine and re-upload to your Nitro Cloud then you should be able to request for signatures. Thanks for choosing Nitro Pro and I hope this helps!
