Does NitroPro have a presence still in Australia?

Hi,

I have been trying to contact the sales team in Australia for over a week about a relicensing issue (we have 6 expired licenses currently) but can not get hold of anyone.
Phones go unanswered, I don't think anyone is listening to the messages left on the answer phones.
Emails get no reply.

I'm actually located in New Zealand, so is there a better sales team somewhere I should be dealing with? Or a better phone number (I phone:  +61 3 9929 0418)

Since you do not have Nitro VIP Access (formerly Software Assurance), we highly recommend utilizing our Knowledge Base site http://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase and you can also post your inquiry to our Community Forums https://community.gonitro.com/ (a page where other customers and Nitro Support team can collaborate and share solutions).

With regards to your concern, did the affected machines downloaded/installed Microsoft updates prior to this issue? If yes, installing MS updates could cause the Computer ID to change and comprised partially by the operating system. Once changed, this will no longer recognize the original installation causing the program to revert to trial mode.

To fix the issue, I just made an adjustment on your license, so you can activate your copy of Nitro Pro by going to Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate, entering your serial number and clicking Activate.

If that doesn't help, please PM me the serial number so I could check it's status on our end.
