eman
I have two pdf's that are 90 pages each. One PDF is the odd pages of a document, and the other is even pages. I need to combine the two, but thus far the only options to merge the pdf's places one pdf before the other, after the other or somewhere in the middle of the document. I cannot merge every other page thus combining the files in a sensible order. Is this possible with NitroPDF pro?
Power User Steven Zakulec Posted May 2, 2017 Power User Report Share Posted May 2, 2017 So, there's a way to do this, but it relies on having the files named correctly. If all the odd pages are named a(1a, 2a, 3a, etc) and then the even pages are named b (1b, 2b, 3b, etc), Windows will sort them correctly, and then you can use Nitro to recombine the now properly sorted pages. Getting the files renamed correctly is somewhat tricky- here's a good article on some ways to approach this: https://www.howtogeek.com/111859/how-to-batch-rename-files-in-windows-4-ways-to-rename-multiple-files/ I'd definitely send a ticket into Nitro telling them you'd like a better way of doing this- I don't know if they have an easier way. https://www.gonitro.com/support/ticket
