Semibum 0 Report post Posted May 3, 2017 I just bought Nitro Pro 11 and was offered software assurance (SA) that includes free upgrades. As I read the offering SA includes 1 year of premium support and free upgrades, but it is not clear whether the upgrades are free for a longer period or for 1 year only. Does anyone know the answer? Software Assurance is a subscription that entitles users to free upgrades for the next releases of Nitro Pro and Premium Support for one year after the purchase date. (Premium Support is prioritized ticket support with our Technical Support staff/Nitro Customer Success and Service Team for one year after the purchase date). In other words, you will qualify for free upgrades as long as your subscription to Software Assurance is active. Hope that helps! Let us know if you have any other questions.
