If you want to install your Nitro Pro 8, you can download the installers here: http://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/installer/000001632 But you want to upgrade to Nitro Pro 12, I just made an adjustment on your license. Kindly access our Upgrade Portal https://www.gonitro.com/support/upgrade and enter your Nitro Pro 8 serial number. You should get a message saying 'You’re eligible for a discounted upgrade to Nitro Pro 12' then click Proceed to Checkout. Please be aware that payment information are needed in case you want to purchase additional item such as a Back-up CD. Once done, you should receive an email confirmation with the new serial number. With regards to the amount of data kept in Nitro Cloud, there is no limit but each document is limited to 10MB as per our resources. Cheers!
