The Document (Insert Path).pdf Could Not Be Saved

I am supporting a customer who cannot save due to a message saying 'the document (pathname.pdf) could not be saved.  Please contact Nitro Support for assistance. 

I have went through the system trying to find a nitro log that will point me in the right direction.  This is not an issue in Adobe, permissions or character length.

Can someone point me to the logs that help detail the cause of the error?

Logs are probably stored here: C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Nitro\Pro\11.0

You can confirm the location of the logs, and generate a bundle which includes all the log info by running the NitroPDFSupportTools.exe in C:\Program Files\Nitro\Pro 11
