Problems Activating After New Hard Drive

I recently has to swap out my hard drive and reinstall all my applications. I have tried numerous times to reactivate Nitro Pro, but it keeps throwing a -23 error. I have deactivated my other licenses using the tool at https://licenses.gonitro.com/prd/portal but I am still getting the error.

Any suggestions?

Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums!

I just made an adjustment on your license, so you can now activate your copy of Nitro Pro by going to Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate, entering your serial number and clicking Activate.
