Errors in Adobe Reader after saving .pdf in Nitro Pro

We've recently narrowed down an issue in our environment that appears to be caused by saving files with a digital signature with Nitro Pro. The issue is discovered when we then try to add an additional digital signature to that same document via Adobe Reader. We receive "The document could not be saved. There was a problem reading this document (110)." when we try to sign/save the document in Adobe Reader. This is then followed by an error stating that "the document could not be signed."

This file was originally created in Adobe Standard/Pro and then filled and digitally signed in Nitro Pro, then saved. It is this saved file that now does not allow additional digital signatures/saves. If Nitro is left out of the equation, the file works fine for multiple digital signatures/saves in Adobe Reader, thus the issue appears to be with Nitro.

In the just released Nitro 12 update (12.1.0.195- https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/release-notes ), there's been some fixes to certificates and digital signatures to improve compatibility with Adobe Reader/Acrobat.  I'd try that first, and then if you're still having issues, either a sample document that you can publicly post somewhere or the exact steps to create a file that shows this issue would be great.  I can then try to reproduce & do a bug report for you (unless you have that, in which case, that's your best option).
