Upgrading from v9 to v12 - Serial Number

I am having issues with the Upgrade checker recognising my Serial No.  Does anyone have any idea how I can pass my details to a member of the support staff to investigate, please?

Kind try it again by accessing our Upgrade Portal https://www.gonitro.com/support/upgrade and enter your Nitro Pro 9 serial number. You should receive the message 'You’re eligible for a discounted upgrade to Nitro Pro 12'.

I tested it on my end and it works fine.
