CMOS 0 Report post Posted August 25, 2018 Howdy All, I had NP 10 on a desktop for years. I deactivated it on that desktop. When I tried to install on my new laptop (have to install the "trial" version first, which is V12), then when I try to activate and enter my Serial Number the install wizard states: "You have attempted to activate Nitro Pro with a serial number from another version. You can only activate this version of Nitro Pro with its matching serial number." So, how can I install Nitro V10 on my new laptop? Thanks, CMOS Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
CMOS 0 Report post Posted August 25, 2018 I actually was able to solve the issue from another thread on this forum. One of the tech support people listed the web link to install the Nitro Pro 10 Trial Version, and from there I was easily able to activate with my existing serial number. Web forums are great!
