BWP Posted August 30, 2018 Report Share Posted August 30, 2018 Just purchased three Nitro Productivity Suites and Nitro VIP access for each. This is reflected on my receipt. The webpage displayed after purchase instructs me to purchase Nitro VIP. I tried to submit a ticket, but am unable to submit a ticket since I'm not recognized as a Nitro VIP user. So, I'm posting here instead. Tried calling Cleverbridge customer support, but they said they couldn't do anything and I needed to post here. How do I take advantage of the Nitro VIP licensing I purchased and submit a ticket? I'm incredibly frustrated after only an hour of owning the Nitro Pro product.
