Extracting pages from a large document

How do I extract so that a document with 10 pages can be easily extracted so that each page becomes a separate document ie 1 page 1 document, 2nd page 1 document

You probably want to use Split, under Page Layout instead.  This allows you to break files apart, as opposed to Extract which is more focused on getting a group of pages into a single file.
