Power User Steven Zakulec Posted May 18, 2017 Power User Report Share Posted May 18, 2017 If you used a deployment tool to push out Nitro installs, that's likely the easiest way to know what's where- the tool should be able to tell you when it pushed out an install, and a machine name. Are you running some sort of inventory management software like Spiceworks, or something that is querying your machines for installed software? That should give you a report of which machines have the software installed. If you're looking for something Nitro-specific, this article talks about a License Check tool that can be used to grab the computer IDs and other license details for all systems with Nitro installed, and includes instructions on how to use it network-wide: http://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/answers/Nitro Pro/000002174 If none of this is what you are looking for, ask your account manager what suggestions they have. FAY Posted November 27, 2017 Report Share Posted November 27, 2017 Sending a support ticket doesn't work as nobody is giving support. We bought 45 licences and are only able to use 32 of them. Each time we we want to actívate another licences the system say that no licences are available. I have send all computer ID to support, but no body is helping us.
