Raymond S
I am currently troubleshooting a problem for a user running Nitro Pro 11 and Outlook 2010. The Addin for Nitro is not showing as enabled and auto-disables when I try to enable it. Nitro has been re-installed on the machine and I have used the Update Addins option in the NitroPDFSupportTools. The Add-in in Outlook is pointing to nitro.officeaddin.net.proxy.11.dll and when I try to manually add the addin using this file it advises that it is not a valid addin.
