Usman Posted October 9, 2018 Report Share Posted October 9, 2018 Hi Team I need to move our existing installations of Nitro 10 and 11 to new laptops that have windows 10 pro with MS office pre installed in it. I am facing same installation failure issue that probably everyone else on Windows 10 is complaining about. I have gone through some of the recent threads and tried fixing the permissions using takeown script, cleaned any traces of previous installation, rebooted system a couple of times. I have tried with latest installers of Nitro 10 and 11 using the links available in those threads, but all in vain. If MS Office is pre-installed on the machines, could you please run a repair of MS Office. I remember another Forum post yesterday where after repairing MS Office, the user was able to install Nitro Pro on the affected machine. Thanks for choosing Nitro Pro and I hope this helps! The office comes installed as an app from Microsoft store instead of desktop installation. I have even tried reinstalling, repairing but Nitro still fails.
