Automatic Silent Command line conversion

Hi!

So i've seen several posts about conversion from the command line but i haven't really seen an answer (or maybe there is none) to this use case:

Is there an Option to have the conversion start automatically and avoid the pop up and manual click? The whole idea of a automated command line is that it _shouldn't_ need human interaction, it's quite annoying.

Is there an option to run the program in hidded/minimized mode? That the program starts and opens a window is only slightly annoying, but it doesn't affect the function so it's not critical.
