Nitri Pro Setup wizard fails

Hi.  I have nitro pro installed on one computer since April 2018, cleverbridge reference # 1********.

I am trying to install it on a second computer, but every time I try to download Nitro Pro 11, the nitro pro setup wizard fails.

Please help, thank you.

Thanks for reaching out!

While each case is different there are a few suggestions that you can perform to rectify this issue: 

1. Clear the Temp folder. 
2. Use the clean-up utility and/or the Microsoft FixIt tool. 
3. Reboot the machine. 
4. Manually check for left over registries from Nitro Pro before trying to reinstall.
