Another -23 license issue after clearing previous activations

Hello @Bastionpoint,

Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums!

On the machine you're having issue activating, I just made an adjustment on your license, so you can now activate your copy of Nitro Pro by going to Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate, entering your serial number and clicking Activate.

After checking our records, I can see you were able to activate.

With regards to confirmation email not being received when signing-up for Forum access, did you use your email address 'zdufore@bastionpoint.com'?

Yes, thank you. The registration went through. Regarding the confirmation email, the zdufore address is a former employee. I attempted to sign up using my email address, but I never received the email to confirm my actual address. To get around that I set the zdufore address as an alias to my email address and was able to reset the password for that account. I did receive the password reset email. I'm not sure what is different about the confirmation email vs the password reset email. I double checked our spam filter and don't see any confirmation emails in quarantine or accepted and delivered.
