Print dialog box on Surface Pro 3

I am struggling with how to change my display settings so that the Nitro Pro 11 Print dialog box displays correctly on my screen

I can not see the bottom, right hand part of the screen that indicates Document Size, Paper Size and Zoom %.

What I'm trying to do is print an 8.5" x 14" document on to 8.5" x 11" paper.

The printer I'm using is an HP Officejet 150 Mobile All-In-One.

Any guidance would be much appreciated

-The serial number of your Nitro Pro and its build (format is 12.X.X.X, e.g. 12.0.0.112). You can find these out by clicking on 'About Nitro Pro' under the Help tab

Alternatively, if you can capture a video-cast of the issue you are encountering so we can see your work-flow in action.
