Quicksign not available

Quicksign is grayed out in my Nitro 12.  I can't even click on it to set up or choose a signature like I used to be able to.

In order for me to further assist you with your concern, could you please provide the following?:
-The Nitro Pro build (format is 12.X.X.X, e.g. 12.0.0.112). You can find these out by clicking on 'About Nitro Pro' under the Help tab
-Does this happen with every file? If it's a single file, please send us the sample file (with sensitive information extracted) so I can replicate it on my end

I just found out why it was not available on all files.  Some scanned files required me to make the file editable.  Once i did that the Quicksign icon became active.  Thank you.
