Steven Sager Posted January 12, 2019 Report Share Posted January 12, 2019 I am using Nitro Pro 10.5.9.9 and would like to upgrade to version 12 but when I check for eligibility I get an error that the site cannot validate my serial number ******************. The serial number you provided (which I edited to hide confidential information) has already been used for upgrade in March 2018. Your key was sent to last June, and it has been activated once since.
