Windows Server

I have bought Nitro 11 in February 2018 (single user license). It is installed on a server (Microsoft Windows Server). This week I have upgraded to Nitro 12. I got an invoice and a serial number. 

I have also bought two more single user licenses. I got a second invoice and two more serial numbers. Now we have three licenses.

How do I have to activate Nitro? We are three people and we login on the server via CITRIX. It is only possible to use one license.
