When attempting to print from Firefox, I get this error: "Occurrence of user-interacted or failed conversion". This happens on most but not all attempts to print from Firefox. My organization has multiple copies of Nitro Pro installed at various users' desks. I happen to have V11 as that is what was available when it was purchased for me. Other people have V12 but I do not. I tried the link provided above but it does not direct me to the update mentioned. It only tells me about the "Sunset Policy" but does not direct me to an update.
