Constant Error code when attempting to Log Into NITROCLOUD "An error occurs when attempting to log you into Nitrocloud...please try again" Updationg software has another error code: "there was a problem updating Nitro Pro, please try again" I typically use another program to send files for signatures, but was hoping just to send a file for a client to VIEW the file. Don't even NEED a signature....what's up ? I typically only use this software for editing PDF's. Haven't used NitroCloud add on in probably 2+ years. Your newer version of Nitro Pro are having tons of complaints and problems, so I'm not keen to spend hundreds on an upgrade. Is there a solution, or is this just a PDF editor after all? You can use the web https://cloud.gonitro.com/ and login using your Nitro Cloud account. Once successfully logged in, you can upload your pdf documents then share to your client. Regarding the issue on updating the software, I recommend to download the installer and use it to update/upgrade your Nitro Pro. However, you will not be able to license it (after upgrade) as your Nitro Pro 9 license will only work on Nitro Pro 9 version/builds. If you are interested to test the latest version, you can use the 14-day trial period. I was able to upload a document on my Nitro Sign account without any issues nor interruptions. Are you uploading the document through the web https://cloud.gonitro.com?
