Cannot Authenticate Email to Complete Activation Process

Hello! I just purchased Nitro Pro 12. I am at the step to click on an email I'm sent to complete the authentication process. I received an email, clicked the link to confirm my email address and nothing is happening. I then found instructions to re-register but then it tells me it will send another email verification email and it never shows up. How do I complete this process? I have also entered my serial number to find my account and then clicked to "De-activate" and nothing happens again. It says to enter my serial number in Nitro Pro but does not indicate where. Thank you for any help that can be offered!
