Account not activated

I bought Nitro Pro+ back in may of 2016, never received a serial number, and have been using the same computer.  Recently pro stopped working and I am not able to reactivate.  Cleverbridge does not have a record of my account and I never received a serial number.  Not sure what I can do to get Nitro working again.

Nitro Pro+ is our subscription-based product. You purchased in 2016 and that subscription expired a year after. I don't see any renewals after that, and we are also no longer offering this product.

It will run as a full featured product for 14 days! After that, if you choose not to purchase it, you can still use it as a PDF Reader.
