Brett Posted February 27, 2019 Report Share Posted February 27, 2019 I bought Nitro Pro+ back in may of 2016, never received a serial number, and have been using the same computer. Recently pro stopped working and I am not able to reactivate. Cleverbridge does not have a record of my account and I never received a serial number. Nitro Pro+ is our subscription-based product. You purchased in 2016 and that subscription expired a year after. I don't see any renewals after that, and we are also no longer offering this product. If you would like to trial our latest product, Nitro Pro 12, you can download it from here: https://www.gonitro.com/pro/try It will run as a full featured product for 14 days!
