Brett Posted February 27, 2019 Report Share Posted February 27, 2019 I bought Nitro Pro+ back in may of 2016, never received a serial number, and have been using the same computer. Recently pro stopped working and I am not able to reactivate. Cleverbridge does not have a record of my account and I never received a serial number.
