Upgrade Your License Error!

we keep getting a Upgrade Your License Error! when attempting to append a file.

we cant activate due to already having a license installed & activated.

how do we resolve this?

In order for me to further assist you with your concern, could you please send me a private message and provide the serial number of your Nitro Pro.

This matters because our business installers are different from the online ones.

Also provide the screenshot of the error message you're receiving.
