Reymund G. 0 Report post Posted March 3, 2019 (edited) Hi @Charlie3, Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums! Please ensure that you have installed a Nitro Pro 11 version on the new laptop as your v11 license can only be applied on a Nitro Pro 11 version/builds. Nitro Pro serial number is tied up based on its version, applying a version 11 license to a different version will generate an error message '-22 Error: Wrong License Number'. You can download the Nitro Pro 11 installer at the link below: 32bit - http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_1108470/en/burn/nitro_pro11_ba_x86.msi 64bit - http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_1108470/en/burn/nitro_pro11_ba_x64.msi If you are not sure which to pick, this will help: http://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/64/000001874 Once Nitro Pro 11 is installed, activate it using your Nitro Pro 11 serial number. If you continue getting an activation issue, could you please provide the following through private message?: • Serial number you used to activate Nitro Pro. • Screenshot of the error message. • Version of Nitro Pro installed on the new laptop. To locate this, open Nitro Pro then go to Help tab > About Nitro Pro (Ex: Nitro Pro 12.x.x.x). Cheers! Edited March 3, 2019 by Reymund G.
Charlie3 1 Report post Posted March 3, 2019 I am still getting the same old error message-- I keep getting the same error message---Your system has not been modified. To install this program at a later time, run setuo wizard again. Click the finish button to exit the Setup Wizard I know I am allowed 2 activations, I have one on my desktop and the one on my old laptop was never deactivated on that laptop (just guessing). I have been trying to setup this on my new laptop for 4 weeks now, Adobe Acrobat is looking real good now...
