Trouble activating Nitro Pro 12.0.0.112

I just purchased Nitro Pro 12.0.0.112. I was using the trial version with 3 days left. I have a receipt for my purchase and a serial number. On the Help tab in Nitro Pro I clicked on Activate. In the window that pops up I clicked Activate. In the Activation window I entered my serial number then clicked on Activate. Window popped up that says Activation Complete. Now when I open Nitro Pro 12.0.0.112 there is a notice in the work space EXPIRED TRIAL which also appears in upper right corner next to Buy Now orange tab.

I tried deactivating/reactivating with the same result. So now I have a $149 trial version of Nitro Pro 12.0.0.112. Please respond with instructions on how to activate my purchased version of Nitro Pro 12.0.0.112.

Our system shows you were able to deactivate and re-activate today.

Since you are still using 12.0.0.112, would it be possible to uninstall it, reboot your machine and install 12.10? If yes, please use these offline installers:

x32 http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_12101487/en/burn/nitro_pro12_ba_x86.msi
x64 http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_12101487/en/burn/nitro_pro12_ba_x64.msi

After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro Pro, clicking on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activation and entering your serial number.
