Louis Bonnet
Hello, I downloaded the Trial Version of Nitro Pro 12. I'm comparing the product to Adobe Acrobat Pro 12 DC. Nitro is a very easy start up and all functions seem to be working well. But when I open a PDF for editing or just viewing the text appears slightly out of focus. This does not happen in Adobe DC. Am I doing something wrong or perhaps have a setting not activated, or ???? Thanks for any help anybody can share. Louis Bonnet

Hello again. I updated the graphics drivers on my laptop which appears to have corrected the focus problem. The Nitro Pro control panel as well as any PDF I open all look to be in focus. Thanks for replying to my inquiry. Louis Bonnet
Official Nitronaut Leslie V Posted March 8, 2019 Official Nitronaut Report Share Posted March 8, 2019 Hello Louis, Here's a workaround you can try: 1. Right-click Nitro Pro desktop shortcut or the NitroPDF.exe (by default is installed in C:\Program Files\Nitro\Pro\12) then select Properties 2. Nitro Pro Properties window will open, click on Compatibility tab 3. Under Settings, click on Change high DPI settings. 4. Another Nitro Pro Properties window will open. 5. Enable Override high DPI scaling behavior. Also, please make sure you have the latest update which can be found here: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads Cheers! I did the workaround plus updated the graphics driver on my laptop and the program is running very well with sharp images.
