Jeff Jordan 0 Report post Posted March 19, 2019 Nitro Pro reverted to expired trial on my laptop, but the installation on my desktop was still good. I tried deactivating and reactivating everything. Now, the license portal shows I'm 0/2 on activation's, but my desktop still works, and I'm getting a -23 error - License number already used on my laptop. HELP!
