Error 413 when Requesting Signature

Unable to send documents for signature. Received a 400 Error stating to please try again ERROR 413. Keep trying says there was a problem processing your file. How do we fix this

At the upper-right corner of your Nitro Pro, kindly sign our from Nitro Cloud, close Nitro Pro and reboot your machine.

After rebooting, open Nitro Pro, sign-in to Nitro Cloud and test it requesting signature again.

I have tried that and still nothing. I select request Signature and it attempts to upload then states Upload Failed there was a problem processing your file

Thanks for trying those and my apologies if they didn't help.

Does this happen only when you upload large files or also small ones?
