We have a license from the already installed version, but that license does not work, since it has letters in it. How can we find the license? It has been discontinued as documented in our Sunset Policy: https://www.gonitro.com/support/sunset-policy As a courtesy, did your user purchase Nitro Pro from our website or from a re-seller? Alternatively, your user can trial our Nitro Pro as a full featured product for 14 days! After that, if the user choose not to purchase it, he/shecan still use it as a PDF reader.
