We have a license from the already installed version, but that license does not work, since it has letters in it. How can we find the license? Remi van Bennekom

Before continuing, I should let you know that we no longer support Nitro Pro 10 or older. It has been discontinued as documented in our Sunset Policy: https://www.gonitro.com/support/sunset-policy As a courtesy, did your user purchase Nitro Pro from our website or from a re-seller? Alternatively, your user can trial our Nitro Pro as a full featured product for 14 days! After that, if the user choose not to purchase it, he/shecan still use it as a PDF reader.
