Can't upgrade from Nitro 7 to newer version

Using this form to check the eligibility of my licenses it gives me an error message that says that my licenses couldn't be validated.

Any help would be appreciated.

I've sent you a direct message with the information and I still haven't received any answer.

We're in the middle of computer deployment at our company and we would like to install the new systems as soon as possible. Is there any information you can give me about it?
