TArmstrong94 0 Report post Posted April 20, 2019 I am moving everything to a new PC and when I attempt to install Nitro Pro 10 it fails - I understand it has been sunset but seem since I purchased it I should still be able to use it or at the very least have the option to upgrade to 12 rather than purchase a full product again? You are right, it has been discontinued as documented in our Sunset Policy: https://www.gonitro.com/support/sunset-policy To upgrade to version 12, please proceed to the following web page, https://www.gonitro.com/pro/upgrade Enter your serial number and follow the prompts to receive a new Nitro Pro 12 serial key and installation files.
