Does Nitro A Have Sales Department Anymore?

I left at least 4 messages for NitroSales to 2 form fills for sales to call me back over the last 7 days. Today I left a frustrated message asking if anyone is even working there (in sales) anymore. Still no call back. I'm a business consultant and I have another customer that is considering Nitro products. For some reason I cannot get anyone to call me back.

Very Frustrating and I really don't want to have them subscribe to Adobe.

Where do I see the Ticket? I really would like to discuss options with someone in sales over the phone. If I'm bringing new customers to Nitro it would be nice if I wasn't ignored when I call in with prospect that I don't expect to get paid for but will benefit you.

This particular customer has salespeople on both Mac's & PC's and the sales people need to have their customer's sign off on contracts. Should they get something like adobe echosign to work with NitroPDF or does NitroPDF have something similar. What are the prices for services that can get a customer to sign off digitally on a contract? Is the signature recorded on a pad/tablet of some kind or is there another way that signatures are captured?
