bk4fp Posted May 9, 2019 Report Share Posted May 9, 2019 Hello, One of our users has a license for Nitro Pro 10. Her computer crashed and was replaced with a new computer. When trying to activate Nitro Pro 10 on this computer, it says there are no available activations. I have used the License Deactivation Portal to no avail, even though it says there are: 0 in use, 2 available. Can you please allow reactivation on this computer?
