ISSUE ON NITRO VERSION 12 PRO

Good morning,

I would like you to help me with an issue that I'm having with my Nitro Productivy Suite license. The version that I have is version 12 but, while I've been working with this version in the company, we have had many troubles because the app constantly is blocked and, after that, a screen appears on the desktop and we can't continue working on it. Besides, this issue is very often and the program relaunches many times. 

Finally, I appreciate your help about if is it possible to activate the same license in a previous version like version 9 or 10. These versions are already tried by us in the company and those work without problems.

Hello Alexander,

Please forward some screenshots of your steps and the error message(s) that you are getting.

Kindly note, Nitro Pro 12 serial numbers can only activate version 12. Please let me know if you have other questions.
