The version that I have is version 12 but, while I've been working with this version in the company, we have had many troubles because the app constantly is blocked and, after that, a screen appears on the desktop and we can't continue working on it. Besides, this issue is very often and the program relaunches many times. Finally, I appreciate your help about if is it possible to activate the same license in a previous version like version 9 or 10.
