Hello,

I have used Nitro for many years and happily, but very frustrated with Nitro for another reason.

I have VIP and before that other service but for several years I have to keep contacting Nitro as I dont get VIP renewal.
I then have to keep sending messages as they seem to forget to send renewal emails.

Now yet again I send message a few days ago as I again need VIP renewed and now have to wait for renewal or to send more messages.
I would really like to get a renewal email so I can renew my license.

It be really good if for once I did not have to keep sending emails to ask for renewal email.
 

If Nitro staff read this, please fix the issue as my VIP ends tomorrow.
