Error Code: 0x400D0003

Hi There,

One of my employees who has Nitro Pro version 12 has recently started getting the Error Code listed in the Subject/Title. After receiving this error code, Nitro PDF crashes and shuts down completely. He has been receiving it after opening a pdf from an email and then trying to save that pdf in his hard drive. Once he hits "File" --> "Save As" he gets that attached Error Code 0x400D0003 and Nitro crashes. Additionally, if we try an alternate route, such as using "Nitro pdf creator" or "Microsoft print to Pdf" in order to save the file, the same thing happens and the software crashes. 

If we pull the pdf from an email to the desktop and then drag into the hard drive file -- That works. As long as we don't open the pdf in Nitro.

Please help.

In order for me to further assist you with your concern, could you please provide the following?:
-Nitro Pro build (format is 12.X.X.X, e.g. 12.0.0.112) the user is working with. You can find this out by clicking on 'About Nitro Pro' under the Help tab or you can go to Control Panel > Programs and Features.
-Does this happen with every file with longer filename? Please send us a sample file (with sensitive information extracted) so I can replicate it on my end. To send me the sample file, hover your mouse on top of my name 'AllainU' and select 'Message'.
-Where is the file saved (local, a shared drive or an external drive) when the user is trying to save? Can you check if you have the same issue when the file is saved locally?
